North Elysium -- (FJRK) -- February 7, The gathering in Elysium was to be a demonstration of J.A.M.E.'s proposed front-line defense for Newland City. The day ended with carnage, destruction, and distrust.

北エリシウム発―2月7日、JAMEはニューランド市前線防衛の提案をデモンストレーションとしてエリシウムで行ったが、その日は虐殺と破壊と錯乱で終わった。

OTPC 49477年12月3日　砂塵旅団による襲撃…あるいは？

On December 2, 29477, around 21:15 Rubi-Kan standard time, a group of six men and women arrived at the grid point just next to Newland city. These people yelled Dust Brigade slogans, used the same weapons and armor, and were therefore quickly engaged by the locals.

29477年12月2日、21時15分（ルビカ標準時間）頃、6人の男女がニューランド市のグリッドを現れた。砂塵旅団のスローガンを叫び、同じ装具の彼らは地元の人々と素早く交戦状態に入った。

RUBI-KA -- (OTPC) -- Recently, an Omni citizen was arrested and detained by a division of Omni-Pol, for filling out a Clan application. According to the ICC, it is perfectly legal for any citizen to switch sides in the conflict, if they choose to.

ルビカ発―最近クラン加入申請にサインしたオムニ従業員がオムニ警察により逮捕、拘留されている。ICCによるといかなる市民も抗争のどちら側を選ぼうと選択は完全に合法であるという事だ。

西アセン発―3月26(金)、27日(土)にルビカで名高い喫茶店で行われる祝祭日にThe Cupの副支配人としてビヴァリー"ライトスウィフト"プラーが指名されます。

IRRK 49478年3月21日 謎の外交船がルビカを訪れた

According to sources aboard the Morningstar space station, an Omni-Tek transport named the "Longhorn" passed silently through Rubi-Kan space using an obscure diplomatic protocol which prevented the vessel from being scanned by orbital ICC sensors.

モーニングスター宇宙ステーションからの情報によると、オムニテック輸送艦「ロングホーン」は不明な外交プロトコルを備え、軌道ICCセンサーに探査されない艦船がルビカ宙域を航行していたとのこと。

Newland City -- (IRRK) -- March 17th, a brief but fervent battle occurred in Newland when the Omni-Tek personnel gathered at a local Grid terminal repelled a group of unknown Neutral assailants.

ニューランド市発―3月17日、短時間ながら熱烈な戦闘がニューランド市のグリッド端末周辺にたむろしていたオムニテック社員に起き、謎のニュートラルの襲撃者は撃退された。

Recently however, all eyes seem focused not on the process, but on the whispers and rumors of a crisis of legitimacy that is brewing around Henry Radiman.

(IRRK) -- The body of an outspoken former Newland City Council Secretary has been found, and attached to the grizzly spectacle a very dark message for the city inhabitants.

率直な発言をしていた元ニューランド市議会秘書の死体が発見された。その陰惨な光景は住人に非常に暗いメッセージとしてを植え付けられた。
